Ultimate Staffing is seeking experienced Bilingual Call Center Representatives for an immediate opening in Raleigh, NC (Capital Blvd area near Beltline).

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am-6pm

Pay $19-$21/hour

Must be able to handle high volume inbound and/or outbound calls

Receive and promptly respond to real-time customer questions/issues

Provide exceptional customer service

REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual in Spanish

High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED

Customer Service or Call Center experience

Good work history

Reliable Transportation
